It was a 1 on 1 interview, and relatively informal and pleasant. Mostly asking about my work history, why I applied for the job, and so on. I passed to the next interview phase but declined as I accepted another offer.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2017
Interview
On campus interview and then in person shadow day. Didn't seem genuinely interested in actually filling position. Told me to keep in contact, but throughout the whole interview process, the people I was in contact with seemed like they were doing me a favor and that they did not want to hire anyone new.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online, and then did a basic phone interview prescreen. After that, I filled out an online form, and then did an in depth 1 hour phone interview. Lastly, I was invited into the office, and the interview was about an hour with the manager and shadowing.
