One on One in person interview with DBO (Director of Business Operations), if you get thumbs up you move to a panel interview with 4-5 members of the staff. (Same time, very overwhelming & intimidating; which is what they want) if majority of staff gives you thumbs up, then move to half day interview, meeting with 5 members of the team and going to lunch with one of them. Very lengthy process and they like to see how you do under pressure as that is the kind of environment it is.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
