Interview
Very broad, as it is a contracting agency. Very open, in the sense of topic, the room was rather cramped though. The company was professional, but bring your favorite pen. You will want something comfortable to write with for their mountain of paperwork. Overall the entire experience was not bad.

- People soft skills
- Ability to stand and lift about 30 lbs
- Screened for team compatibility.
- They told me about other candidates and asked me if I was able to compare myself to them or if they should hire someone else.

Very good and pleasant interview. In my case I was lucky to have the phone call to an offer for a very short contract that, at the beginning, I didn't want to take. The recruter convinced me to take it and then he has been in contact with me to keep me in the job market.

Normal questions for the position. The recruiter read my resume online and he knew that I had all the skills required for the position. And until now I have been working fine giving a good service at the two different places the recruiter found for me.
