Interview
I was approached by TEKsystems and the interview happened with intervals. I had to complete a hacker rank test and finally I got the offer. Over all the interview process was really smooth and I was comfortable throughout the journey. I would like to thank particularly Preethi Johnson for her jovial and friendly approach from the beginning till the end. She guided and helped me whenever there is a need promptly. I would also like to thank Rishabh and Roy for their help and support. Looking forward to work with them. :)

Never provide complete job description. Always a low hourly rate even if worked for previously at higher rate. Call you and have the hiring manager on the phone and expect you to interview immediately with no job description or time to prepare for the interview. National recruiters much better to deal with during job search.

Three telephone conversations in a span of 7 days - recruiter, account exec and the client side teams. Check on experiences, personality and confidence to take on new challenges. Actual interview with the client was straight questions, selection done - informed via email and followed up with calls and paper work.
