I was called by a recruiter who was enthusiastic about my resume and she scheduled an interview. I went into the interview, and was told that after speaking with the client, they didn't think I was the right fit for the job. I was hardly asked anything other than my employment history and 5 year goals. I felt like I was called in to fill some sort of quota.

Interview
The head hunter CAME with me to meet the interviewer I'd be meeting with. This is uncommon in the United States of America in other states. Tek Systems does an awful job which further needs to neglect. I was not contacted for months after this interview.

How do you deal with a difficult customer or client in the Help Desk
The interview process was very thorough. I was asked various questions about my knowledge of technology, as well as my experience in information technology. I was also asked about my help desk experience and whether I was a team player with excellent communication skills.
