I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TIAA (Lonāvale)
Interview
The process takes many rounds. First is aptitude test for 3 hours, with 2 coding questions. Second round is technical interview. Then If you get selected you have to go through a round which generally a surprise at the time. But for my process it was Group Assessment. And last round is HR interview, this round also contains technical question. And don't consider yourself selected for the job unless company declare names for selected students. Elimination happens until final round. You need strong technical background to go through out to last round. If your technical interview goes for a long time, chances for selection increases. Interview was very cool, having very fluent British accent of English speaking, feels very energetic at the time. I was rejected from Group Assessment round. Where we have to build design for a project considering any live example such as Zomato, Uber etc.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TIAA (Mumbai) in Jan 2025
Interview
It started with an online assessment, followed by a technical round and then an HR/technical round. The interview was easy since it was an on-campus interview. My interviewer was really nice; he made me feel comfortable and then started asking questions. It felt more like a discussion to me rather than a typical question-and-answer session.
It was basic to intermediate level questions. Followed up by asking some questions about personal and past experience as well as qualifications. Final round was HR round as it generally is.
There was one online coding+english round, after which 2 technical and one HR round.
First round comprised of basics of english like comprehension, grammer etc and 2 coding ques of medium level, then was technical round(actual interview) here DSA and core java concepts were on focus.
