TIAA Senior Java Developer interview questions

Very poor interview process. They outsourced the recruitment process to some agency, who clearly doesn't have any idea of what technical interview process means. The process started with an online test, where 90% of the questions were irrelevant to my skill set. A staffing agency literally forced me to go for the interview. Very disappointed with the process. A sheer waste of time. However the bright side is they are just starting in India. Hopefully theyget better along the way. PS : The overall behaviour of the company personnels were very nice.
