It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.

I met the hiring manager at the front, then she led me to the general manager office and sat down with me in some office chairs. She asked few questions and then had a casual conversation. Other managers would have ended the interview after the question.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
