I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Smyrna, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was a group interview. Everyone took turns talking and introducing themselves. It was really easy to relax and be yourself. The conversation kept flowing and soon everyone forgot that they were even being interviewed. Afterwards we all went back into the break room and were called in individually or in groups to see if we were hired.

Question 1
Why do I think I would be a good fit in the company?
Quick and easy. Lasted around 15 minutes. They evaluate your genuine interest in the company and the role, your preparedness for the position, and your potential to add value to their team.
I was only asked a few questions by the hiring manager. It seemed more like a conversation than an interview. The most important thing was my availability. I was told what my pay would be and then I was hired on the spot.
