Interview
I was offered an interview about two weeks after submitting my application in store. It was a group interview ran my the store and assistant manager. Some questions were asked to each of us to answer, the rest were answered by choice. I was called a week later with an offer.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
