I had 2 interviews, the first one was with the person who does the hiring and she just asked me what customer service was to me and then then the second interview was with one of the managers and we talked about my previous job and dealing with customer service.
very easy and simple, i felt very heard and that they were interested in my work history and what i could add to the team! over all a very good interview and place to work

I applied and they called about a week later and I was offered the position on the spot. This was my first job interview during COVID and it went fine. The manager that interviewed me is no longer there, but still a great place.
