I applied online and a few days later, received a phone call asking if I would like to participate in a group interview. The interview was very short and easy-- the manager just went around in a circle and asked all five applicants the same questions. I was already back at home within twenty minutes. Afterward, the manager called our personal references and then called me back within a few hours, saying I was hired.
