The hiring and interview process was very basic. I submitted my application and a few days later, received a call to the store for an in person interview, in which they asked me a few basic questions about myself, and how I might handle myself in some different situations.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
