I came in to fill out an application, I was then called in for an interview. They walked me through the store and i met with the different managers. It was fairly simple and nothing out of the ordinary. They called me the next day and i accepted the position.

Simple basic behavioral, come prepared witg examles of how you gave customer service in previous scenarios even if not from job. Know a little bit about the company and your golden
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
