Interview
It was a cattle call style hiring process for a new store. They have a bunch of managers from other stores around the county come in a big room with many desks and they have you wait in line with resume and other paperwork that you had to fill out on the spot. It was a very easy interview if you have customer service experience. Otherwise you are stuck answering questions about customer service and problem solving.

In your experience, what was the outcome of a case in which you were not able to assist a customer? What would you have done differently, looking back?
You first have to fill out the paper application in the store. Then, if selected, you will get an interview with the store manager. Pretty simple and nothing too be worried about.
