I applied online, I was called a week later by hr person to set up interview. Interviewed with store manager couple of days later. I had to fill out paper application before 1st interview. Interviewed with District manager following week. I walked stores and spoke to managers at local stores. Managers at stores friendly answers questions.

I was not prepared to fill out paper application at store. I had already uploaded my resume, and filled out online job application.
I had the prescreen — they mainly asked basic questions. One of them was about how I usually promote someone and the steps I take during that process. I explained how I evaluate performance, look for leadership traits, give stretch assignments, and provide coaching before recommending a promotion. It felt more like a general screening to understand my leadership style.

Interview
More like a discussion than an interview. Pleasant people who seemed quite genuine and loved their business. They were very communicative during the process, keeping me well informed of where we were in the cycle.
Phone interview and then video interview was the whole process. They were very straight forward with questions. I originally applied for home goods and they were a little messier and confusing
