Very easy. None of the questions were difficult. Just be calm and confident, and you'll be fine. It is an entry-level job after all. Also, remember to ask questions regarding the company during the interview, as it shows your interest in the company.

Why would you like to work at TJ Maxx? (or something along those lines)
Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
