Group interview with about. ten other applicants and two managers. Felt very relaxed. They gave us a tour of the store, and then at the end, asked each fo us why we thought we should be hired.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
