The entire process is super drawn out, especially for an internship. There are multiple parts - a video interview ( which included mini-case studies as well as personality questions, then a case study, then another round of interviews. The total process took over 3 days

Question 1
Name a time when you failed and how you grew from that failure?
Behavioral questions. I would say it was relatively easy. Just do some research about the company before so you can pull from that knowledge while answering the questions. I would also prepare for the digital hirevue beforehand as that is also part of the process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Framingham, MA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Two interviews, first was virtual preliminary screening. The second interview was an all day interview at their headquarters, featuring a presentation, an individual case study in which you are observed and critiqued, and the third was 4 rounds of interviews with various recruiters.
