Interview
The interview process was very relaxing. Things asked included questions about my resume, why I thought I was good for the job, and personality questions. As a high schooler, this was my first job and I was very nervous. After going through the interview process I felt confident in my capabilities for this job. Even if you have not been trained before, it is not a hard job, and they will train you.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
