Interview
The hiring manager was responsive, positive, and put me at ease during the interview. She took time to explain the salary and benefits and work requirements. Additionally she asked questions of me that were appropriate as she learned more about me during the interview process.
super easy. just asked why i want to work there and about my work ethic. took a few minutes and was hired on the spot. they also asked how i would handle certain situations involving customers.

If a customer is arguing with you, how would you handle it?
You are called in to meet with a manager. The interview is very basic, with a resume review and discussion revolving around past experiences and expected duties for the job. I only had this one meeting in-person; there was a phone call as well discussing details.

My interview was super chill, the person interviewing me asked me questions about leadership and past job experience. I prepared a lot for the interview though so as long as you’re prepared you’ll do great
