I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Arlington, VA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Came in and talked to a manager. I was told to wait and I stood with other applicants in the store lobby. I was then asked to follow a manager to their back room. Asked general question of what if situations. Watched some videos on the culture. Then I was taken to meet the General manager and she was a bit intimidating and didn't smile. They said thank you and we finished our appointment.
