TP CCE interview questions

Interview round was simple. We had in total 3 -4 rounds of interview. first was hr and then i was asked to give a typing test later there was a manager round held after they announced the results

First round: Aptitude test Second round: Telephonic round Third round: Operations Round Fourth round: Versant test After that there will be 3 months of training which includes all the process knowledge, email writing, how to communicate with clients(US citizens) over telephone and resolve the case with proper resolution by maintaining the average handling time(AHT).Timely login and time log out to avoid defects and deduction of salary or to avoid absenteeism for the day.
