First we took a fairly easy typing test and an assessment of how we handle specific situations, as well as a tech support written test, followed by an interview with recruiting, the interviewer made it very clear that she wanted bilingual Spanish for a special team, we were all hired and training began the following week.

It took awhile. You take a test on the computer to test your knowledge on computer stuff. Then you get an interview and answer questions then you get a second interview if you meet requirements. Then you answer more questions and fill out paper work and they give you a start date if offered a position.
