First, I have taken a phone interview with the recruiter, which I passed. Then, I was asked to take a home online assessment, which I also passed. Then, the recruiter endorsed me to my final interview with the hiring manager. My final interview was done via phone/Skype since the hiring manager was located offshore, meaning I am in Manila and she was in the USA.
