      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP in Aug 2015

      Interview

      Interview process for the above role is quite easy. You go through a couple of rounds. HR and followed by the Operations Head. HR typically validates your profile credentials and remuneration which can easily be discussed with them. Secondly the Operations head screens you on the skills developed through experience and education and how you can contribute to the organization development.
