very simple questionnaire asking about yourself and your work ethic. After that you'll listening in on calls on the floor to figure out if that's what you want to do. Lastly you may be able to do the second interview same day. Takes about 2-3 hours.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
