Interview
Manual filling of application form is the 1st step. After submitting it, wait for your name to be called. Then, you will be assisted by an employee of TP, they will give you instructions on how to fill up the online application form for their database. Once finished, wait at the lobby to be called. Initial interview was conducted in group of 6 persons (as what I have experienced). The interviewer will rate your communication skills. Avoid using our vernacular language (Filipino). When you pass the initial interview, you will be taking an online exam immediately. It will take 2 hours (maximum). Personality test, technical questions, situational and typing speed test (Must be atleast 25wpm). After that, it will be the final interview. Again, they will assess your communication skills and will ask questions about the position you are applying for. It can be a 1-day process.

Interview
The questions are mostly personal based and atleast 2 or 3 opinion based questions. The technique there is to be confident and never be too formal upon answering. Act as if you two are just conversing.
