TP Technical Support Specialist interview questions

First you need to give written test and then personality test.After that you need to do typing test.Then you have a HR interview for 5 minutes.If you select they will ask you to come again for interview with manager

I was referred to after contacting the company in a job fair. After the first group interview around 2-3 questions for each participant were asked along with a typing speed test and a general language/skill test. Then I was selected for the second interview were 2-3 more technical questions were asked. By what I understand of their hiring process, if you show excellent communication skills in English or French you will be hired anyway. Otherwise you need to answer correctly those technical question.
