TRISTAR Vice President Operations interview questions

I submitted my resume directly to key decision makers within the company resulting in an initial interview. The initial interview was for the position of Division Manager and was a board style interview with a 3 member panel and focused on my background and experience. The follow-on interview was less formal with two senior managers present and focused on compensation package.
