Long and unorganized, consisted of physical agility tests, drug tests, xray use test, iq tests, eye sight tests, written tests, a two week training on the Island of oahu, that did not help with the job very useless worst job and interview process ive ever had, worked for TSA for 7 yrs with nothing to show for it except for a few good friends,

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
