I interviewed for a Power BI Developer role in October 2025, and the experience was mixed. The first round went very well, the interviewer was energetic, engaged, and asked thoughtful follow-up questions, making the discussion highly interactive and positive. I was selected for the second round, which was a panel interview scheduled for an hour. However, this round felt underwhelming; the two interviewers seemed disengaged and not well-prepared, making the conversation far less interactive than the first. Overall, the process started strong but the second round did not match the quality and structure of the first.
