During phase one, the HR will reach out to you for a call, asking you the most basic questions about your understanding of the semiconductor industry. You will likely get asked basics about semiconductor manufacturing flow and the history of the company. During phase one of the interview, feel free to exchange and offer opinions about the recent investments made by TSMC (industry trend). During phase two, a formal meeting will be organized by the assistant managers of the department that is willing to take you in as an engineer; they won't talk too much about the technicalities (but they will ask you to show your knowledge), and they will remind you that it is a role not for the faint of heart. They may discuss work-life balance, and you will know once you experience what it is like to work inside a factory. The last phase of the interview will be with another HR specialist who runs a final background check on you to confirm everything on the application is correct, and if you make it past all the phases, you've probably made it, and will likely receive an offer.
