Initial screening and then a meeting with the direct supervisor. Lastly, you meet with the HR. The hardest part is the HR where they would tend to ask questions regarding to what if questions.

1. Face-to face interview with a department manager, two section managers (one will be my boss in the future) at the same time, about 2 hrs.
2. Face-to face interview with a director, about 1 hr.
3. Phone interview with the recruiter, about 15 mins.

Second meeting: life in the campus.
Phone meeting: BQ, but very short and simple.
It was a video interview. I first had a 20 min self-introduction (including a introdction on PhD and MS thesis topic). After that, the employer asked about questions about persoanlity and working styles.

Managers from 3 department. 15 minutes introduction, then they take turn asking question, but no professional question. After about 1 minth, HR called me to asked some basic question, such as could you take shift? do you accept any relocation?
