3-4 interviews, mainly focusing on your work experience and character (strenghts). The interviews took at least a month and they were done remotely. The interviewers also asked if I would agree to, if there was a possibility in the future, to work in another location for some time.

What would you do if you are not getting timely support from your team?
In total two phases, after their CV screening. Really interested in getting to know you and making you feel heard. Explained everything in detail and plenty of time to ask questions. Timeline for their decision was also clearly stated.
really quick to schedule first round of interview, which was in person. second round was online with HR, and it took a bit of time to schedule. it took quite a bit of time to get an offer letter.

The managers were polite and nice and asked a lot of questions. They tried to understand how the candidate deal with their work back in school and in the previous jobs.
