Very negative experience, would prefer to not even have an interview if the hiring manager is not even going to listen to me. in a 1-1 interview he continued to pay attention to other things and seem like he wanted to end the interview as soon as possible. Did not feel as though I was given a fair chance as a candidate. Do not know if recruiter and hiring manager are on the same page about what would be discussed in the interview, but most of the topics I was told to prepare for were not discussed by the hiring manager.
