TTEC Customer Service Representative I interview questions

Applied online, HR was very quick to respond to my application. Very simple and easy. I was called and asked several basic background/experience questions. I had a interview set up and I had to take assessment test before the interview. The test were easy but you have to know basic computer knowledge.

First you need to make some computer tests. The computer are old and the software is not the most usable. It is common that people fail the tests, not because they don't know, but for the aplication design. Then you need to make a test by telephone. You answer the questions using the keypad. Then they interview you.
