Interview process is easy. I applied via their website. Before I could schedule an interview, I had to submit an equipment/internet speed test and take a skills/personality quiz. Once those were finished, I received an email to schedule an interview via Zoom. At first, there were no interviews available and it took about a week of checking daily to find that there were dates posted in their scheduling system. (You should check at least once daily as there isn't a notification to let you know that they are available.) I scheduled my interview and it was about 15 people in the interview with me. We watched a short video and was given basic information about the pay and possible openings. They do not inform you which position you would be working (they have many) but that information would be provided to you in a follow-up email with a job offer. We took turns being asked about our experience and which qualities we have that make us qualified to do the job. When the interview was at a close, myself and two others were asked to stay back and told we had been chosen for an immediate job offer. He explained the pay/benefits/job details and asked if we accepted. We were then sent emails to complete a background check/drug test. I stopped there in the process as I was offered a better job and I accepted their offer instead.
