I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (New Orleans, LA) in Sep 2021
Interview
They held a zoom interview with a group of other applicants. They just explained the company and what our positions would consist of. Then they asked if any of us had call center experience or customer service experience.

They didn't ask many questions. The interview was virtual and consisted more of the facilitators giving us the history of the company and information on our specific roles.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
