Step 3 of the process of 7 steps and they pay $20/hour plus incentives which isn't clarified until training. You meet on zoom for an hour and discussion and go over a powerpoint and do a Q&A then breakout room for a 1:1 more personal questions that are more directed for my personal needs. Also hardwired interned is required for this position.
