Interview
After a 1/2 hr phone interview initially, I met with the immediate potential supervisor, then two VP's individually, two program managers jointly, and then finally another manager. It lasted almost 5 hours and I thought it went well. I didn't get the job, but I hope the best person did.

One individual grilled me how I would attack an issue and was looking for specific answers. I thought it was unfair without knowing the business process and procedures.
Brief discussion of qualifications with HR person. The call lasted about 20 minutes and then I was told to complete an assessment before scheduling an interview. Asked about salary and interest in role and company.
