      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Taboola (Bangkok) in Nov 2016

      Interview

The process will be 3 steps, starting with interviewing with HR team, then the line managers. The line managers will be the vital part, because there will be both media and publisher team leaders interviewing separately. The goal will be that each one would like to see if you suit to which team. Then lastly, the interview will be done with the one of the executive.

      Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Taboola

      Interview

Started with a phone screen with the recruiter which seemed to go well. Was then brought into the office for three more interviews and an assessment which consisted of how I would respond to emails in certain situations, what I would suggest as a product for a customer, solving a few math problems. This round took close to 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours. Then was asked to come back later that week to meet with two more people and was told the feedback was very positive so far. Once I arrived I was told I did really well on the assessment and that the hiring manager liked me and that I would basically be getting an offer that this round of interviews was a formality. The first person was tough she knew nothing about me or my back ground and seemed kind of judgmental. The next person was nice he was pretty laid back and didn’t really have any questions for me just had me talk a little about my background. The recruiter was supposed to walk me out but didn’t. But again I was told I would have something from him by end of end or first thing Monday...Monday comes around nothing, Tuesday nothing so followed up on Wednesday morning and did not hear back until late Wednesday right before the end of the day that they would not be moving forward with me. Please do not tell someone that you will get back to them by a certain time if your not and don’t tell them they basically have the job then tell them they don’t and provide zero reason as to why the change. Up until this it was a good experience but the way it played out and how everything was handled was extremely unprofessional.
