Interview
It was very easy and straightforward. I called beforehand to setup an interview. I then walked in and asked for the general manager. He came out and we had the interview.

Interview
They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
