Really nice guy interviewed me and asked behavioral questions. Was alumni from my current mba program so we had that connection. Wasn't that keen on actually getting the job so that may color some of my impressions
1 interview, I can't remember what the questions were but basic interview soft questions about yourself and experience. Interview was half an hour long. Asked about what I know about tacobell, so make sure to do research on the company first.
Interview with line manager at location. Proceed to talk about previous work experience. My personal strengths and weaknesses. Situational assessments with customer scenarios. Got back to me in 3 weeks.
