I had recruiter round and then 30 minutes hiring manager round which I cleared and was moved to panel interview. It’s been week and despite following up with recruiter twice, haven’t heard back about the interview feedback. Seems like I didn’t make it through 3rd round and looks like I have been ghosted. Very poor communication.
