They were very thorough. They not only wanted to ensure that the employing company was able to get a great fit, but also the potential employee. They were in constant contact with me to ensure that I understood the Interviewing process, and the new hire paperwork.

As their office is not in my area, the interview was conducted over the phone. She understood I was working on an assignment with a different agency and was flexible as to the time I was available.
