Tailored Management interview questions

Over the span of several months, I answered the same question over and over regarding my background, desires, and relocation plans. Communication with the office managers was slow and minimal. I finally met with two of them in June at their office in Columbus, and one boss (the "fun" one) spoke disparagingly of other candidates, due to their career interests, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional. I was given a tour of the building, and I was told they had no qualms about moving forward. A few weeks later I had a short interview over the phone with a third person I'd never met or spoken to, and he did not bother to learn about my previous interviews before calling me. He said I would hear from them by the end of the week, and I never heard anything again. As a recruiting firm, I would expect much better communication, transparency, and sense of urgency, especially to someone who was a referral from a respected employee.

They have an on boarding document that you need to sign. It essentially gives them ownership of any and all intellectual property you had, have or will have. I refused to sign and that was the end of it.
