A really thorough and detailed interview process.
The process was as follows:
Stage 1 - A culture fit interview with the internal recruiters with some rapid fire technical questions.
Stage 2 - A technical interview with a senior engineer, to gauge your skillset and values further, with a strong emphasis on integrity above all.
Stage 3 - A technical panel interview with several engineers, which was quite challenging. Questions around encryption types, and scripts were common. Questioning around AD structuring and so on also. Just come prepared to this.
Stage 4 - Interview with the hiring manager, which was a good conversation around your experiences, some scenario based questions also.
Stage 5 - Interview with senior management for further discussions around your knowledge and values.
Stage 6 - Interview with a VP oversea's to provide a final decision also on the applicant.
It was a great process, and provided plenty of practice also. The arrangement of interviews was seamless, and all of these interviews happened over two weeks.
You need to just come prepared, back up your technical answers with real world examples you can stand by, and be your authentic self.
