Tapad Accountant interview questions

Interview schedule was well planned with standard questions- no complaints; only positive things to say of actual in-person interview. My issue is with HR/Recruiting. They were out of tune the entire process. First missed my scheduled phone screen interview, then rescheduled for a week later & called a half hour late. Then were not in touch for 3 weeks until I emailed saying "I'm assuming you've moved on". Then didn't follow up after in-person interview for 2 weeks, despite my follow up emails. Very frustrating and in my opinion unprofessional.
