I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target Australia (Penrith) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was a group interview, everyone dressed in formal wear but not over the top (so no suits but rather suit pants and shirt). There were 12 of us in total and 10 positions available. This was by far the best interview I had been to, despite not receiving an offer. There were honestly too many questions for me to write them all done, it ran for an hour and a half and every one was given turns to answer questions. The interview was very sincere and we were told in person on that day whether or not we will receive an offer. The manager took everyone out one by one, and when it was my turn she told me that unfortunately they can't have someone working two jobs. The manager was very nice, very straight forward and very genuine, which is honestly so refreshing in comparison to how other retail places treat their Christmas casual applicants. I would highly recommend applying for Target at West field Penrith, the staff seem friendly, management are not only very capable but also genuine nice people and the it is an excellent opportunity to develop retail experience. I good tip for Penrith specifically is that they don't really accept applicants online, you have to apply online and then hand in a hard copy of your resume. Also they give you a phone screen before they get you in for an interview, just basic questions and that over the phone.

Interview
This was a very standard retail interview, the interviewer asked me about myself, my previous experience and hobbies. Then talked about the roles and asked what I think suited me the best.

Interview
I was invited for a group interview after the online ai interview with sapia. Did not get the job after the group interview, don’t know what the reason was but would have been a good opportunity.

Interview
Very welcoming and relaxed. A series of ice-breakers and a selling challenge were involved. The staff were very inviting and helpful. The icebreakers were testing our communication and innovation skills.. It was a group interview
